For more than 20 years, Alia Steel Fixing has been a force to be reckoned with in the UK’s construction sector. The team has a track record for delivering on-time, on-spec, and on-budget, no matter the scale of complexity of the project – and their latest undertaking was no exception.
As we write this, the North London Heat and Power Project (NLHPP) is in its final phase, introducing London’s most significant waste facilities investment of the century – and it couldn’t have come at a better time.

We handled all steel reinforcement for this particular project. However, our team knew from the offset that this task would not be a simple one. Such a monumental undertaking would demand diligent problem-solving and deep expertise – thankfully, our skilled team have plenty of experience in both of those departments.
As anyone who has worked with us knows, we never miss a deadline – even if it means working day and night. Through proper planning, savvy scheduling, and focused execution, our role in the NLHPP EcoPark redevelopment has been a success all-around.
Each member of our team represented the core values that have fuelled our success for over two decades – reliability, professionalism, dedication, and a devotion to delivering on time without compromising quality or precision.
It has been nothing short of an honour to work alongside Byrne Bros and play a role in making the UK a cleaner, greener place for the next generation. Alia Steel Fixing has once again showcased its competence as a trusted partner for large-scale, high-stakes steel projects, and even after 20+ years – we are just getting started.
