King’s Road Park is a major residential development in Fulham, delivered by St William (Berkeley Group) as part of the regeneration of a former gasworks site.
Phase 4 comprises residential towers and a podium structure within a large-scale mixed-use development.
Alia Steel Fixing is carrying out steel fixing works on Phase 4 of the project.

LOCATION: TAMWORTH | UK

The HS2 bridge works in Tamworth form part of the United Kingdom’s high-speed rail network, delivering critical infrastructure to support the new railway.
The works include the construction of bridge structures maintaining road connectivity across the HS2 route.
Alia Steel Fixing carried out steel fixing works on the bridge structures within the project.

The £1.2 billion North London Heat and Power Project is one of the UK’s largest and most ambitious waste infrastructure redevelopments. Led by North London Waste Authority, it serves over 2 million residents across seven London boroughs and manages around 850,000 tonnes of waste per year.
Central to the project is the construction of a world-class Energy Recovery Facility, designed to:
• Generate up to 78 megawatts of electricity – enough to power 127,000 homes
• Supply low-carbon heating and hot water to 60,000 homes and businesses
• Operate with best-in-class emissions technology to improve local air quality
• Be Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS)–ready, helping support the UK’s Net Zero targets
The redevelopment also includes:
• A new Resource Recovery Facility to boost recycling capacity
• 225 on-site training placements and 100+ apprenticeships for local residents
• A carbon saving equivalent to removing 110,000 cars from the road annually
• A long-term reduction in landfill dependency for over 50 years
This flagship project sets a new national standard for green energy recovery and sustainable waste management, unlocking significant environmental, social, and economic benefits for north London and beyond.

Elephant Park H7 is a residential development in Elephant and Castle, delivered by Lendlease as part of the wider regeneration of the area.
The scheme forms part of a large-scale urban development providing new homes and mixed-use space.

The new warehouse, which is approximately 1,000,000ft², will be Lidl’s largest in the UK at double the size of any of its other warehouses across Great Britain.
The development comprises the construction of a Regional Distribution Centre (RDC) of over 1.2 million sq ft of warehouse floor space, 612 associated car parking spaces, 141 HGV stacking spaces, 196 loading docks, 20 E-charging spaces, a drivers lounge, smoking shelters, two bicycle stores with 104 spaces for bicycles, four haulier cabins, three battery enclosures, a generator enclosure, sprinkler tanks, pump house hydrant tanks, gas and electric substations, 2 bus stops on Woodside Link, and a comprehensive landscaping scheme.

The project involves the major refurbishment and repositioning of a highly prominent 300,000 sq ft office building in the core of the Canary Wharf Estate.

The UK’s first fossil fuel-free major-mixed use a 1.4 million sq ft development; The new riverside landmark features eight new buildings, including a series of towers, the highest of which is reaching 50 storeys.

Royal College of Art South London student campus in Battersea. Designed by world-renowned architects Hezog & Meuron. The 16,500 m2 centre consists of a 4-storey Academic Studio Building and a 8-storey Research Building. The new campus is the largest investment in new, transformational space in the RCA’s 180+ year history.

One Triton Square office building. It’s 366,000 sq ft redevelopment, which increases the lettable area by 127,000 sq ft and includes 20,000 sq ft of retail and leisure at ground floor and 10,000 sq ft of workspace.

Edwardian Hotel in Leicester Square, The Londoner. The five-star 15-level luxury Hotel ‘The Londoner’ has one of the deepest commercial basements in Europe which hold two Odeon Luxe cinemas, ballroom, spa and conference facilities. In the nine ground levels, there will be 350 bedrooms, including 35 luxury suites, concept restaurants and lounges.
